PAYMENT

Please note that you require a Click&Buy account to make purchases in our shop. If you do not already have one you will be prompted to create one during your transaction – doesn’t take long and it’s a really flexible payment scheme!

PRICES

All prices are quotes in £ Sterling within our catalogue, but once you enter the checkout you will see the costs in £ Sterling, US$ Dollar and the € Euro.

DELIVERY

Postage and Packaging (p+p) charges will be quoted on top of the cost of your items. You will be made aware of the p+p cost before you confirm payment – so no need to worry about hidden costs! Our p+p charges are based upon your geographical location; that is UK, Europe and ROW (Rest of World). If you order more than 1 quantity of an item your p+p costs will be discounted by our ‘repeat item’ rate – we don’t think its fair you get charged double (or more) the p+p for 2 (more) of the same item.

We make every effort to get your purchased mail order items to you as soon as possible once the order is placed, but as a guideline please leave 24 days for delivery. If you still have not received your items by the end of this period, please contact us quoting your name, transaction ID and list of the items you ordered (if you know the date you made your purchase that would be very useful too!)

You are responsible for entering your shipping address correctly so we can ensure your purchase makes it safely to you – so please be careful and double check you've entered it in right.

BUYING PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

To add items to your basket simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase by ticking the respective boxes under ‘SELECT’. Items will be automatically added to your basket as you tick the corresponding tick box. Once you’ve selected your items click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ in the very top right hand corner of the screen.

To remove items go to CHECKOUT and click ‘REMOVE’ next to the item(s) you wish to remove. DO NOT CLICK ‘BACK’ ON YOUR INTERNET BROWSER!

Once you’ve paid for your items you will firstly be presented with a note on-screen and almost simultaneously you should receive an email (to the email you used during purchase – i.e. your default email address on your Click&Buy account) which is your order confirmation.

BUYING DIGIAL PRODUCTS

To add items to your basket simply select either individual tracks or all tracks by ticking the respective boxes under ‘SELECT’. Items will be automatically added to your basket as you tick the corresponding tick box. Once you’ve selected your items click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ in the very top right hand corner of the screen.

To remove items go to CHECKOUT and click ‘REMOVE’ next to the item(s) you wish to remove. DO NOT CLICK ‘BACK’ ON YOUR INTERNET BROWSER!

Once you’ve paid for your items you will firstly be presented with a note on-screen advising you how to download your tracks, and almost simultaneously you should receive an email (to the email you used during purchase – i.e. your default email address on your Click&Buy account) again instructing you on how to download your MP3 tracks. Your download code will be mentioned in both the on-screen note and within order confirmation email.

To enter your download code, go to the shop homepage and enter your code into the box on the right hand side of the screen.

IMPORTANT: There is no time limit on using the code to retrieve your MP3s, but please note that there is a limit on how many times you can download your MP3 files. If you multiply the number of tracks you have purchased below by 5 this gives you the total number of attempts you have to download ALL the MP3's below - i.e. 6 tracks x 5 = 30 attempts [1 click on a track = 1 attempt]. Example, 10 clicks on a track = 10 attempts of your total attempt amount, so in this example you would have 20 attempts left to download the other 5 tracks. Once you have used up all your attempts the code expires - so it maybe worth noting how many attempts you've used!

You will be reminded of the above both on-screen in a post-transaction message and in your order confirmation email.

All downloading methods and MP3 files are compatible with all platforms.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

You can do this one of two ways: either log-in to your Click&Buy account and cancel the transaction there, OR contact us quoting your name, transaction ID and list of the items you ordered (if you know the date you made your purchase that would be very useful too!) and we’ll take care of canceling the order for you.

Please note that under trading standards you only have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of placing it. If this time period has elapsed please contact us to see if we can still help – we like to be flexible where possible!
