"Here you can see the technical side of what happens in the studio. The Engineer for the recording session will be working at the desk (actually, we just got rid of the desk; it was a Yamaha O2R Digital Mixer. But, inevitably, things move on very quickly in the recording world and it has just been replaced by a Mackie Control Surface which is pretty funky) and using the production suite (we are now using Pro Tools as our sequencer of choice) to record, mix and edit what's being played in the LIVE room. Sometimes you'll see the Producer of the recording/project, in the CONTROL room too. This is where all the magic gets captured!
